Position Title: Associate HR Consultant

About the Role:

Are you an HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex HR challenges? If so, we want to hear from you! As an Associate HR Consultant, you will support our HR team in delivering top-notch HR services to our clients. You will play a key role in various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

• Employee Relations: Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and handling employee inquiries.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain accurate client records.

• HR Projects: Manage adhoc client HR projects such as TUPE, Redundancy, Restructure, Change Management. 

• Data Management: Maintain HR databases and generate reports to support HR decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with CIPD Qualification. 

• Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
